Hi there!

My name is Jessica! I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I  help intra-familial childhood sexual abuse survivors own their enoughness.

I work to create a space where people feel comfortable to explore, make sense of and heal from their past in a way that reduces its impact on their today. My purpose is to help you get to a place of peace and healing.

In therapy, I take a warm, lighthearted approach to ensure people feel comfortable when working through challenging times and engaging in difficult conversations. I truly believe with the right support and fit, everyone is able to overcome challenges they may not have thought possible. Together, we will work to better understand the reasons why you may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck, and identify strategies to finally soothe, heal and move forward. It is hard work, but everyone is deserving of feeling at peace in their own body and mind.
